There are many benefits of joining LWA. You get the support and camaraderie of fellow homeschoolers who you can socialize with and get valuable advice from.  Your children will have ample opportunities to socialize with other children during at our weekly fun and educational field trips, meetups, and events.  Our website makes it easy to stay informed and connected.

Because we are a Federally recognized 501c3 non-profit organization we are able to organize classes and field trips that cannot be obtained by regular groups. We also have access to a free duolingo classroom, a discounted rate for IXL, and a discounted membership to Liberty Science Center.

Families who are currently homeschooling can join LWA. We require that you fill out the application and send in your membership fee.

Our membership fee is $30 per family. This fee goes towards the cost of our website, insurance, and regular administrative costs like accountant fees.

Once you pay the membership fee for the year,  you are a member of LWA and are eligible for all the benefits of membership.  However, some field trips and activities require additional fees to attend.  Most of our paid field trips are significantly discounted.

Learning With Amigos has over 75 families with over 155 children. We have families with one child and families with many children. Our families have children of all ages from infants to teenagers. All Homeschooling families are welcome.
